Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online consultation services. We strive to provide you with the best possible experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our cancellation policy below: CANCELLATION NOITICE: Cancellation Deadline: Clients may cancel their scheduled consultation sessions up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. RESCHEDULE POLICY Rescheduling Requests: Clients may reschedule their appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Limited Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments a maximum of two times for the same session.
